Hello, my name is Aaron Pruss, I designed, drawn and registered intellectual property brand of dry construction system with modular metal panels. The main advantage is that my system is divided into panels with metal frame 1.25 x 2.45 mts. containing within the various facilities, openings and insulating are four types in order to accommodate the doors, windows, and last windowligths is closed (or blind), this allows us to build them in various combinations and distributions. This building system has many advantages over wood currently on the market (just mention that you do not need skilled labor in the work, which can be built on two levels, supporting the water tank, which requires no platform and we do a dissolve cement bottom which makes seismic, which do not affect the biological agents that are durable and non-combustible) and with respect to masonry houses are lighter, faster to assemble (one month) and much cheaper.
