These cabins are part of a turistic development soon to open just off the main road to Boquete, just 5 minutes away from town. Each cabin is completely furnished including kitchen utensils, bed linens, and towels. Furniture and accessories are imported from Mexico to create an original, welcoming, vacation home. Among the common areas in the development are a fully equipped laundry room; a beautiful garden where guests are able to have their own barbeques, a courtyard where we will have brunches and/or buffets; a colonial style hallway which will lead guests to comfortable hammocs where they can rest, read, or just enjoy the view...an art gallery and a souvenir shop.
This proyect is about 33klm. from david and 5 klm. from Downtown boquete.
It is located at 1,100m hgts.
The development offers a Caribbean style restaurant, and a piano bar where weekly events take place, i.e. weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, and corporate national and international events . Local tours will also be offered to several locations, and perhaps even to Costa Rica. At Boquete we have several turist attractions such as river rafting, horseback riding, tree trek, hot springs, local safari and wildlife expeditions, volcano expeditions, beaches and islands to name a few. All this makes staying with us more attractive because we can book your tours right on site.
To maintain the flow of visitors to the cabins, a web page is being created, with link to the Panamanian Turism Board and existing alliances with Costa Rica, Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina, United States, and Europe, not to mention the large local turism agencies.
At this time, the development has rental cars, wi-fi internet, 24-hour security and room service.
Right now the fee for the low season is $110 per day per cabin for 5 people with breakfast included. Additional persons $20 each.
High season fee is $150 a day per cabin, for 5 people with breakfast included. Additional persons $25 each.
A 25% commision will be charged for handling rent agreements. Monthly maintenance costs are $130.00 which covers electricity, water, internet, and housekeeping. An annual maintenance fee of $400 will be charged for the larger maintenance jobs such as building repairs, paint and maintenance of common areas.
